Access
In live pilot with APWU Charleston Area Local 566. The public landing and intake form are open at pocketsteward.com; app seats are invite-only while the pilot runs. Multi-tenant by local, with Postgres row-level security and Keycloak SSO under the hood.
Operating boundary: It organizes evidence and drafts so humans can act. It's not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice or representation.
The work
What it does
- Runs the full APWU grievance lifecycle in one cockpit: intake, Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, arbitration, with caseloads, reports, and global search across every case.
- Starts the 14-day filing clock at the incident (not when someone remembers to click a button), tracks every response and appeal deadline, and marks timely actions MET so a live grievance is never falsely waived.
- Analyzes a postal Employee Everything Report and auto-flags Article 8 hours-of-work violations (12-hour and 60-hour caps, penalty overtime, OTDL inequity, premiums), then drafts the Step 1 statement, Step 2 appeal, and RFI with contract citations you can edit, copy, and print to PDF.
The workflow
How it works
- 01
Report the incident or upload the Employee Everything Report. The filing clock opens at the incident and the case file starts building itself.
- 02
Stuart maps the facts to the 2024-2027 CBA and JCIM, flags the Article 8 violations in the timecards, and drafts the grievance statement with clause citations.
- 03
You review, edit, and file. Every deadline from Step 1 through arbitration is tracked, and every timely action is marked MET on the record.
