Access
Live in production, and we run our own company on it every day, so what you get is the same build we depend on. Public onboarding opens in waves; follow the build log for the next one.
The work
What it does
- Runs the full delivery loop: projects, tasks with dependencies and critical path, timers, timesheets with manager approvals, budget burn-down, and manager-gated invoicing.
- Keeps an agent activity ledger, the agent analog of a timesheet: every AI tool call and assistant turn recorded with who acted, tokens used, real cost, and a billable flag.
- Gives clients their own portal: invite-based logins to approve or decline work, comment, and view invoices, while your AI agents operate inside the same system through 43 MCP tools under the same role-based permissions.

The workflow
How it works
- 01
Set up your projects, team, rates, and clients, then invite your AI agents through the MCP surface with the same permissions model as everyone else.
- 02
Humans log time and move tasks while agents create work, post updates, and get every action recorded in the activity ledger automatically.
- 03
Watch utilization, burn-down, throughput, and profitability roll up live, then approve timesheets and issue invoices from the same place.
