Meeting-Ops: Live transcript with speaker tags
Live transcript with speaker tags

Access

Live and free to start, on the web and the iOS App Store. One Unicorn Commander sign-in covers both, and hosted options are scoped in a quote. We run our own company meetings through it every day.

The work

What it does

  1. Records, transcribes, and speaker-tags meetings end to end, then delivers a summary, AI insights, and action items the moment the session finishes.
  2. The free tier runs transcription right in the browser on your device with WebGPU; nothing uploads unless you choose the studio-grade server pass.
  3. Built for the long haul: three-hour sessions summarize fully without truncation, and local recording keeps rolling even if the backend hiccups mid-call.

The workflow

How it works

  1. 01

Record in the browser, on your iPhone, or bulk-import your existing voice memos and recordings.

  2. 02

Meeting-Ops transcribes, tags every speaker, and hands you a summary, insights, and action items on session finish.

  3. 03

Search every meeting you've ever had, name a speaker once to fix the whole history, and push action items straight into Project-Ops.
