Invite-only for now. It's live and in daily use by our own family, and a self-hosting release is in preparation. Email us, tell us who you're caring for, and we'll get you a spot as seats open.
Operating boundary: It organizes your health story and preps you for appointments. It's not a doctor and doesn't diagnose or prescribe.
The work
What it does
- Pulls your real records from your providers via SMART on FHIR (Epic/MyChart, Oracle Health, athenahealth) and swallows the rest too: folders of PDFs, scans, photos, lab CSVs, Apple Health exports, even DICOM imaging.
- Reads the whole record with an all-local, multi-model review pipeline that is time-aware (old data never gets treated as a current emergency) and traces every claim to its source document in an evidence panel.
- Preps you for the appointment: visit-packet and emergency-card PDFs, trend charts, screening reminders, deterministic drug-interaction checks against your actual med list, and revocable share links for your clinician.
The workflow
How it works

Connect your patient portals through SMART on FHIR, or drag in whole folders and zips. Agents OCR, extract, dedupe, and file every record with provenance you can check.

Local models review the entire record, flag what matters, check drug interactions deterministically against your real med list, and cite every claim back to the source document.
- 03
Export a visit packet or emergency card, share a revocable link with your clinician, and let trend charts, check-ins, and screening reminders keep the record alive between visits.
