Email-Ops
Your AI agents get email, with you holding the send button. Every draft and cleanup waits in one queue for your one-click yes.

Access
We run Magic Unicorn's own mail on it across roughly 28 domains today. Public access is coming; follow the build log and you'll know when the door opens.
The work
What it does
- Runs an agent email control plane: agents stage drafts, replies, and cleanup actions into one approval queue, and nothing leaves until you say so.
- Hosts your mail sovereign on Apache James, with the full client you expect: rich-text compose, signatures, contacts autocomplete, flags, and connect-a-device with app passwords.
- Cleans your inbox with AI-categorized trash, archive, and organize, archiving to S3 with a verified restore before anything is permanently deleted, plus honest undo.

The workflow
How it works
- 01
Point your domains at Email-Ops (or connect existing Microsoft 365 and Gmail accounts) and invite your agents.
- 02
Agents triage, draft, and plan cleanups in the background, staging every action as an approve-to-run card. Ask for anything in chat and watch it stream back in about 175ms.
- 03
You approve. The send fires, the cleanup runs with an S3 safety net, and the undo button actually works.
Source record
